I recently sold an item on ebay (a Playstation3) that I checked throroughly before selling. After a week the buyer came back claiming it was faulty and demanded an instant refund. I was disapointed to say the least. Have I got any grounds to argue this? It was both packaged well and definitly working prior to shipping.
